Waterfront Studio Just minutes to Naples Beaches

What a treat ! Positive: Fantastic location and design of accommodation was exceptional!

Positive: A very attractive place. Right on the canal with outside chairs . A nice lanai, cozy bed and lovely bathroom. Our complaints are small and not a deal.breaket at all. We had TV issues but the maintenance man showed right on schedule. The owner checked in with us and we reported TV issue which was handled right on time. We asked for a few extra towels and tissue and were told that they just got you started with those essentials. I felt like for the price they should have been included as we had a number of requests from the owner to perform before we checked out. I thought 2 rolls of tissue and the use of a few handtowels should not be a big deal if I was asked if they could do anything for us. But all in all a lovely place and a lovely stay! Perfect for a couple and a great location. Negative: I didn't dislike anything but I think a couple of things need to be added. A bath mat, and a privacy curtain along the back window..The idea is great until you want to sit up in bed and read or watch TV. I felt it was too open at night. I also think the host should provide at least two handtowels per day of your stay. And tissue for each day. I had to go to the store and it was inconvenient. A great place especially if you are not planning to cook and just want an attractive, relaxing ,well decorated place to stay. I'd recommemd!

Beautifully decorated and bigger than a studio. Positive: Really appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels. Loved sitting outside at night relaxing watching the fish on the canal! Real close to Tin City waterfront restaurants and shopping. Lots of good restaurants on the bay. Close to downtown Naples. Best pizza and wing shop within walking distance.

Positive: I truly loved everything about this place. It's truly a dream come true. It's a place away from chaos, it's peaceful. It has everything you need and nothing you don't. I will be forever grateful and look forward to coming back here. Negative: There is absolutely nothing. I didn't like from the small space to the beautiful backyard to the swinging chairs. To the Zen music She had prepared on Netflix to all the little things that we needed. To answering us back if there was something we needed it was perfect
