Waterfront Home with Dock just Minutes to Beach

A wonderful and comfortable house at the end of a cul de sac so it's quiet but close to everything. The host was alw Positive: The house is very well appointed and has very nice furnishings. The beds and linens were excellent and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for a month long stay, and they gave us some nice food and drinks to get started. We sat on the lanai every day and night looking at the canal and the fish. We did not use the little plunge pool or kayaks at all. It's a great location to walk to several restaurants and stores. It's only about a 10 minute drive to the beaches. We had two guests who also loved the property. By far the best rental we've had! Negative: I wasn't aware that there was a small apartment downstairs, but it is completely separate and did not bother us even though it was always booked during our stay. It has a separate parking space in the driveway.

Negative: Die Ausstattung der Küche bzgl. Besteck, Teller, Töpfe war unvollständig und teilweise zu wenig.

Aanrader! Positive: Prachtig huis, mooi ingericht, heel comfortabel en heel schoon. Het ligt prachtig aan het water met een eigen steiger. Het heeft nog 2 buiten zitkamers. Vriendelijke verhuurster die goed bereikbaar is.

Amazing Positive: A beautiful well kept home full of lovely little touches which made our stay very enjoyable. Very comfortable and super clean. Lovely bedrooms. Extra like fishing rods, chairs for the beach, cool boxes. Literally everything you could possibly need. Outside just as good with 2 seating areas including a deck on the water to watch the boats go by Negative: Had a slight issue re WIFI, but the hosts were dealing with it
